All darshan, seva and donation payments are made voluntarily to the temple.
If money is debited but no ticket/receipt is issued, or a duplicate charge occurs, the amount is automatically refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days by the payment gateway.
Where a booking is cancelled in accordance with the Cancellation Policy, the eligible amount is refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Donations to the temple hundi and funds are non-refundable once processed.
