Paid darshan and seva bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the booked slot from the “My Bookings” section. Amounts are refunded as per the Refund Policy.
Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of the slot, or unused tickets (no-show), are not eligible for refund.
Festival-period and special-event tickets are non-cancellable and non-transferable, unless the event itself is cancelled by the temple.
If darshan is suspended due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, security, government order), affected online bookings are refunded in full to the original payment method.
